For the past twenty years or so the American brownie has grown to gargantuan proportions. One brownie really could serve four people! The trend has been to undercook the batter to a gooey center. Well, folks, read that as why Americans have gotten so fat."
From Denny: Writing and chocolate, does it get any better? I often write with a brownie or a cup of good hot chocolate on the side. Sometimes, it's better than coffee to get the writing going good. Maybe that's why I don't suffer from writer's block. Chocolate to the rescue!
