A Truth Journal: Laugh: Colbert and Stewart Mock 1st Presidential Debate: From Denny:  Could President Obama get blasted any more by the entire country than he did after this first presidential debate?  Obama's poor and disinterested debate performance shocked the nation and stirred up the comics.  Of course, after the TV lights turned off it was Team Romney who was dancing in the streets with glee at having walked all over Obama, using him like an ass wipe just for good measure.

Romney stepped on his stupid on steroids tongue several times, especially when he announced to the world he was firing Big Bird and his pals on Sesame Street.  Dude, never mess with anyone's fond memories of childhood.  It will get you run out of town on a slippery banana peel.  Check out just how furious Colbert and Stewart were about the debate and Romney threatening Big Bird. 4 funny video clips!

Funny Friday Lite: Colbert Addresses The Politically Tone Deaf

From Denny:  Well, today the news is far from earth shattering. President Obama announced his reelection campaign to the yawns of the public this week. The GOP presidential hopefuls field is also a yawn to the Republicans. To the tune of 56 percent have absolutely zero interest in the field before them at this time.  Gee, "Do ya think?" they are finally waking up to the true GOP agenda?

Other good news on the horizon? The Tea Party seems to have peaked. A few months ago they were able to gather tens of thousands for their rallies. This week they claimed to have 350 people when the reality was around 70, judging by the camera phone photo sent in to CNN.

From Denny: Check out what the comedians lampoon about The Peace President, Obama, going into Libya. Boy, I tell ya, a guy tries to help out some desperate people in a foreign country from getting slaughtered and all he gets is flak from the Republicans and comedians.

Of course, like so many sticky political situations, it's all about The Ego. The mostly male media ratchets up The Ego Meter by declaring Prez Obama is a wimp if he doesn't succeed at deposing Gadafi now that he's declared, "Gadafi must go!" So, suddenly out come The Big Guns: the CIA operatives magicly appear in Libya "advising" the rebel forces. Read that as, "These guys are so clueless the only way to keep them alive is knock some sense into them and show them how to win."

Meanwhile, it's a great opportunity for the paramilitary intelligence community to take apart the military apparatus Gadafi has built up over 40 years. My warning to The New CIA under Panetta: "Be careful what you teach these guys and try not to arm them at all, especially with American technology. We don't need to end up with yet another Afghanistan in a few years, chock full of terrorists and crazies, starting The Idiot Cycle all over again for yet another generation."
